Its very hard to speculate that whether "The Undertaker" will ever retire !! Even WWE is not confirming in official statement but also not rejecting the Media speculation about The Undertaker's future yes they signaled about the last ride of the Undertaker when Monday Night RAW was went on the air and "The Voice of WWE" Micheal Cole strengthen the rumors. Mark Callaway best known as his in ring persona "The Undertaker" kept his dominance in the Company from last 27 years. There is no and there may be no guy like Undertaker who will fill the empty of "Fear" in the company now and if anyone believes about Bray Wyatt here then his presence may be felt as a creepy guy not as a "Man of Darkness". When I wrote "The Undertake: 25 Years of Dominance in WWE" on the eve of Undertaker's 25 years in WWE itself, I discussed about his character as a perfect PPV guy, you will find very few guy at the age of 52 to Wrestle and not only Wrestling but Main Eventing a Super Show called "Wrestlemaina" with something around 70+ thousands on hand. The match was also never promoted as a Retirement Match of Taker but was a slight hint only, imagine the reaction of the fans if it would !! I can't say how much this match will help Roman Reigns because he's not some random guy in the Industry he belongs to the legacy of "Anoaʻi family" which gave Legends, Hall of Famers to the industry including every youngsters favorite "The Rock"- Hollywood's most successful actor in current era. Fans of Wrestling now only wants to see Roman Regins to become "Heel" on the cost of Taker, its upto the creative team, writers and Roman to live up on the Fans expectation.

After the lost which Undertaker himself invited, we saw different side of Taker which is not "Dead". After the Match he wear his iconic gloves, hat and trench coat back for the one last time probably, to keep all in the ring to indicate that he's leaving. He took the much deserving appreciation from the fans before to break his character for the first time when he kiss his wife Michelle McCool. Its no secret tat he married to former Divas Champ who is quite active in social site, used to post photos of her Husband as well, but Taker himself never came out from his "On Screen" personality, neither he's in Social Networking Site nor he's in Media its like he himself love to be The Undertaker more then Mark Callaway. Undertaker gave WWE more then anyone can expect from him, indeed after "End of an Era" Match Taker would likes to retire which was also featuring Triple H as his opponent inside "Hell in a Cell" with special guest referee Shawn Michaels who had bit of a rivalry with Taker year before is also a good Friend of H. But WWE make sure to utilize Taker for a long when they bought "Part-Time" contract to deal with many such iconic superstars who can't travel for a regular basis but can impact the business with their brief return.

Next year Taker was booked to loose against Brock Lesnar to end the longest running successful streak in Wrestling history which gave shocked to many including Taker when he first hear it from the Boss Vince McMahon. Many never thought this would ever happen but it did, McMahon saws a bigger picture after the outcome of the Match. That year Wrestlemania was first time on air in WWE Network and Brock Lesnar at that point was the perfect choice for the company's future prospective. Lesnar went on winning WWE Championship and Universal Championship and is a part of small feuds in his brief appearances. Undertaker is a creative guy and took ownership on whatever he accomplished with his character. He's not a Wrestler only with a physique of 300 pounds, something around 6 foot but his great with a promo and the icon he possess. He opted a phenom character in his maximum career with different attires along with Mohawk hairstyle and different styles of beard. During late 90s and Early 2000 he opted a character a best suited on his real life as "Americal Badass" used to define as Cool American guy who rides his stylish custom made bikes.

Its not wrong to say that he's no lesser then a perfectionist in this business who has a great passion and admire towards Wrestling which kept him active in the business for so long. Undertaker used to be a great leader in a locker room as well and guy like him for any young talent is not less then a blessing in disguise. Undertaker may have or may call his day but one thing for sure in whatever age he will be whenever he's require to cut a promo he will do with full authority. He's a part of some memorable matches and crazy stuffs along superstars like Mick Foley, Kane, Triple H, Edge, Shawn Michaels, Hulk Hogan, Brock Lesnar, JBL and many other in different - different era will always be remember. Mick Foley and Kane made a most of the career with Taker being a Partner or "On Screen" Brother and even as a big rival. Undertaker throughout his Wrestling Career may not win many World Championship, may not Main Event many matches but he always was a Franchise player who keeps the one end of the PPV with him. Deadman may be more Human now but his dominance in-front of Wrestling Fans will never "Rest In Peace".

[Archive Blog (2/4/17)] Team India: The World No. 1

We saw many era of Indian Cricket, right from Lala Amarnath to Mak Pataudi, Kapil Dev - Sunil Gavaskar era to Sourav Ganguly - MS Dhoni era. Indian Team was "Best in the World" during MS Dhoni's captaincy but throughout his regime we never saw the performance like we witnessed in Virat Kohli era, statement may looks censorial but unfortunately its a fact. This Team got flexibility which proved in the entire season which had long series of 4 Tests or 5 Tests along with Limited Over Games. Start from Zimbabwe series at June last year "Men in Blue" was consistent, yes they fall short in some games but mostly they utilizes their home condition or their opponents of away games quite well. We saw many stars arise during a course of 1 year on different format, at the same time many establish players like Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan lost their spot followed by injury and poor run with the bat.

During this season we saw many surprising comebacks like Gautam Gambhir and even Parthiv Patel who returns to National side after 12 years !! These surprised comebacks are made only due to concern in opening department which is yet to overcome, India struggled and still struggling in opening spot and tats why Team saw most number of opening pair in the particular season. Opening spot are always known as a back bone for the Team but the concern not pinned the most because team got dependable batsman like Cheteshwar Pujara who proved to be the next Wall of Indian Team after scoring 2000+ runs in this season, even glamour boy Virat Kohli's bat sparkled this season with back to back 4 Double Centuries against Windies, New Zealand and against England twice. His bat may be was quite against Aussies but he was equally aggressive and led the side the way Aussies likes to play Cricket.

In Modern Era Cricket, Teams become flexible and selecting side as per the formats. Their commitments are increased too since Boards are now concentrating on revenue factor hence increasing more Home Matches despite of FTP schedules. When BCCI announced such a big home series most of the Cricket thinkers start doubting on how India will able to manage such odds which they never faced. Although India knows the taste of victory in flat turf when they beat England in Chennai Test but scenario was different in Ranchi Test.

During the start of modern day cricket we saw partnerships of Akram - Younis in 90s then Warne - McGrath era in 20s which used to be a sheer dominance from Pakistan and Australia respectively, against every Team of the World. But few matches specially against England where we thought that results will end up as Draw, India pull up the victory in Last few Sessions of a Test Match and this is why I wrote about 4 Day Test Match when "Cricket Intellectuals" and then "ECB Chief" starts advocating about 4 Day Test Match, since Ashwin and Jadeja anchor India's victory at a 5th day when result looks to be impossible. Tats why for the first time in history 2 bowlers of same team at the same season was in the all time list of leading wicket ticker. Ashwin made a history on bowling more overs then anyone in the past as well which also proves the importance of Ashwin infront of his Captain and his Team. During this season India finds another diamond known as Umesh Yadav after Mohammad Shami was out most of the matches this season due to injury. Umesh Yadav played a important role to win the last Test against Australia shown his aggressive bowling, his mental strength and his fitness which allows him to play 12 Matches in this Home Season.

Current Indian Team in Test looks to be quite flexible with Batting and Wicket Keeping, at the same time it lacked seriously in Bowling department despite of some outstanding performance apart from Ashwin, Jadeja and Umesh Yadav. This is probably a rarest incident in World Cricket when a Triple Centurion has been dropped from the very next Test Match against Bangladesh and Rahane feels the pressure during his innings of 80 odd runs because both Coach Kumble and Captain Kohli defended Rahane individually before the only Test and who knows the same Rahane will be ask to captaining the side in a "Decider". This team has broke many previous records and set a new ones, they got legacy to maintain and some revenge to take. Nair ended a drought in Test Triple from a Indian after Virender Sehwag, India beat England in India and maintain the record against Aussies. Now how they will do outside is still a question mark but they already made a point that its their fortress and its not easy to beat Team India in India and this Home season is a kind of a statement they got for the visiting Team from now onward.

[Archive Blog (12/3/17)] What made this 5 State Elections Results special ?

11th of March 2017 was kind of a historic day in Indian Politics as in this day 5 States Election results was announced, the reason it was most important because UttarPradesh, the biggest democratic State of India was on the line and wave from UttarPradesh decides on which way Indian politics will move on. The mammoth support to BJP in UttarPardesh and Uttarakhand and despite of people underestimated Congress they managed to won Punjab and leads in terms of votes in Goa, Manipur. 

There was a huge anti incumbency in Punjab for last 2 - 3 years was enough to proof that a change is coming, Intellectuals may have figure out wrong may thought that history of Delhi will repeat in Punjab but Punjab is not Delhi and such naive analysis is nothing more then a propaganda which make Governments in paper and not in reality. Election was kind of formality in Punjab to determine who will be the next Chief of the State, if Congress is back in Punjab then its due to Captain Amrinder Singh's effort and the way he led the entire campaign from the front also the way he worked constantly in Punjab's grassroots and made sure that his party returns. Interesting thing in the results was that Captain Amrinder lost in "Lambi" constituency against Former CM Parkash Singh Badal though he won from his conventional "Patiala" Seat which ensures him to return as a winner for his party to takeover the State for the 2nd time, Former Deputy CM Sukhbir Singh Badal too won from "Jalalabad" and his Brother in Law Bikram Singh Majithia won from "Majitha" indicated that anti incumbency may be was there against the Akali + BJP Government but people also voted in the favor of that leadership. It will be now quite interesting to see the "Battle of Punjab" now.

When take on Goa's results it may not gone to the favor of BJP but its due to their leadership collapse and not against Government, their allies partner and RSS ideology gone against the defending party, all this started when Manohar Parrikar moved to Central Government as a Defense Minister and in his absence party struggled themselves and lost the balance on peoples expectation, for Goa as well intellectuals of Delhi thought for a wave like Capital of India but it was not more then a passing shower which was not even considered. Similarly in Manipur though BJP did well but there was no serious anti incumbency tats why despite the number was short Congress still managed to remain the number 1 party of the State in terms of the Vote and interestingly people extended their support to Ibobi Singh who won the election with a good margin but his opponent "Iron Lady" Irom Sharmila managed to get less then 100 votes which is lesser then "Nota" votes of Thoubal constituency who recently joined election after her 16 years long fight for AFSPA, no doubt its a heart breaking but its a sad reality of Indian Politics as if the fight was in Delhi not in Manipur then she may not only won the election but might have sweep the State as well.

But the big headline grabber of this "Mid Term Election" was UP Election, as for the first time in History out of 403 seats, BJP + able to win 324 seats which is a kind of single largest victory ever. This is also a first time when BJP won UttarPradesh and Uttarakhand after a State split, in Uttarakhand as well BJP able to win 57 seats out of 70 which is again a record as no party till now able to cross more then 36 seats. Indeed results gone against Harish Rawat and his Party who literally was facing leadership crisis, many intellectuals may have giving reasons for this defeat but the fact which matter is that Harish Rawat claimed the Government when himself was overshadowed in a party and he was very close to leave Congress who later fulfilled his wish but lost other leaders from the party. 

When I wrote "Why winning in ground is so crucial to win Assembly Election !!", I specifically stress on a point that Elections can't be fought in space, without knowing ground reality and sensing the direction of wind if parties jumped to fight elections with too much of dependency on Strategic Manager who're basically a management company and nothing else then they will be Knocked Out straight away, Today's voters are changing they wants Food, Employment, Education, Home, they less care about if someone trying to define the new logic of war, want history to be written in a new way, all these are a secondary issues for many and may not be important for most of the people in India, they want basic necessity to be filled prior to all. Tats what this election defines the most, no matter whatever the party is if leadership talking about ground's issue then they will be accepted.

This particular election was also a eye opener for Media who tries to change the mindset of a voter by manipulating and twisting news, even if the Media was not allowed then Social Media was used. During Exit Polls many Intellectuals was busy making their favorite party's Government. Most of the Studio veterans was claiming to have a visit in the polling States and shared their observation in TV less then 48 hours from the Election Results but they must have hide the fact that their focus to cover the State was limited to Party offices and few lanes and not more then that. I believe that soon Exit Polls will be known as more subjective and nothing in reality, it already lost the confidence years ago. It will be consider like playing a democratic game in paper because in Ground actual vote can't be disclose and shouldn't be disclose and tats why its a math for psephologist to be solve and tats why its not a everyone's cup of tea. 

This mandate can't be consider against any party nor to favor any face, whosoever talking about ground zero and displays the strong leadership has won. Its not a rocket science for anyone to know who is best for the State, party who's unitedly standing or a party who have a internal problems to sought out !! I believe any secular party can form Government anytime post Elections or Post forming Government as well because they always be united for 1 thing no matter their common minimum program matches or not. Forming a alliance and tat too before Election and launching Manifesto post 1 or 2 phases doesn't matter enough because if faces are staggering just before the election then what would be the fate after mandate. This election is also against generic politics as candidates are considered as Indian first rather then from some community, this shows the clear picture of voters and the pattern of election which is completely changing. Its a new era of politics and voters are not hesitate to take a stand either in the favor or against, tats why future of democracy going to be more bigger and better and as a festival it will be more sweeter then ever before.

Not critical here with Startups, I myself a big fan of Startup and believe whenever something new from small is launching in a market we should have a eye on it and should not underestimate it. I salute some bold decision from the new age mindset who build "Nothing" to "Something" which later acquires another "Something" to become "Next Big Thing" or did become "Next Big Thing". If Startups are lucky enough then they rocks the market soon otherwise dooms without sensing anyone. In recent past specially in Metros where the level of Education gone quite high along with motivations saw many competition on the field offering best of best in the market. since Metros are favorable for Startups because of its opportunity also it helps to get desirable investment favors easy to do business in that environment. Investments are always a big key for any company and to keep getting the investors confidence Startups tries something which may favors them or go against them. In recent past Startups flutter either due to negativity against the brand in the Market or due to Investing Group start loosing confidence from the brand. Not only small groups but now even big giants and their top brass are busy pulling chairs from each other but tats a legacy fight between legends and with startup it indicates to become next "legacy".

Its no rocket science that only gutsy people manages to start a Startup, who dreams something big but the problem with today's gen is with too much competition at the same field and most of our Startup are either struggles for funding or acquires by biggies. Another big issue for Startup is the way to sustain as most of the Startup aims to serve one another. Today's most famous startup spot are recharging, foods, cabs or e shopping. Television Media can't be categorize in Startup as they're launching by Veterans with a great backup of funds, its like living one creation to form another creation to serve some propaganda. Now in recent past when you figuring out Recharging Startups, post demonetization its importance and growth increased drastically but not due to someone's call for Digital India but due to cashback which they offers which benefited many. But roads for them are not easy recently MD of HDFC Bank Mr. Puri spoke about existence of recharging apps who're facing a huge loss due to this cashback offering and how quickly they're crunching to sustain their user base. One of the steady growing recharge startup is already up for sale due to its promoter Startup is struggling for funds after laying off more then half of thousands employees.

Two days later one of the leading recharging app who made quite a impact post demonetization changed their terms and conditions on 0% amount deduction from Credit Card to their Wallet as they claimed a number of users found doing mischief with the company's policy, they already made a complaint against some user base before as well, which shows that how a small loophole can hurt a company hard. They may took back that 2% deduction which they looks to offer as some coupon but they already indicated strangulation in the Market. Similarly if decoding about food chain its quite evident that their share are quite limited and mostly belongs to Metros where Youths live as independent. Last year one of the leading Food Startup layoff due to difficulty in survival. In recent past cab startups flourished but their basic problem is connecting with the people, one of the leading cab group from United States working hard with their existence but incidence of recent past created insecurity among them also impacted the current competitors and future upcoming groups too.

The most talked about Startup in recent past are E Shops either its a Grocery, Foods or Electronics, most trusted site are selling product in big number per minute otherwise all other are in records only. As I mentioned that if groups are being invested by some big giants then its because of their own growth and to proof the "lone wolf of the street" or the "one with eagle eye". Most of the cases Giants do like to loose money in initial days and from there the problem starts as Giants when realizes that its too much and lets now concentrated to have the money back with some interest then all of the sudden leadership behind Startups gets a call to take a action and if they're quite visionary and if able to pull the confidence back then the storm will stable if not then clouds of crisis will continue till some one from Higher Authority hit the last nail in the coffin.

Recently not only major E Comm but one major Electronics group who debut in India year ago called the "major financial crisis" in the group and lay off the staff heavily, they called the reason behind the failure is heavy investment in the marketing to promote the ecosystem of their "Smartphone" and "Smart TV" division. Indeed trend of buying latest smartphones are increased in front of the youths but invention and demand in this sector changes every month. Today Smartphone should not only looks trendy but should be compatible for latest build - stable versions of App and Security Patches and due to failing in this we already legends debacle in this sector due to this reason in the past. During the festive season all E Comm group tries to shuffles the market share by challenging each other and this is what I wrote in "Big Ecom War is back with this festival" but post demonetization exercise many small groups either took a blow badly or seized operation and this is what I wrote "Demonetization cleaning the chunk from TV, hit the local brand" on the same.

In the modern era competition its quite hard until any group either Startup or Biggie not luring customer base with some offer or cashback and India is such a market where a demand will be created only if giving something extra. But in Startup most of the group may do whatever they can to make a statement but misses their focus on "Customer or Client Satisfaction", Most of the leading and successful brand cares about good customer satisfaction its their reason for success, till customer or client is not happy they will not return back for any future business. Customer or Client who is choosy or moody if don't likes the service will not only going to give a harsh word but will also not choose the brand for the next time. People with big purse only believes in facts and figures and they want young lads running the management knowing the specific goal which needs to be achieve to keep the momentum alive rather then loosing the pace. Tats why its quite essential to fulfill demand from every side of the business, missing any of it will led the negative impact which only hurt the future prospective of a "brain child".

[Archive Blog (8/3/2017)] Why Steve Smith lost respect after his DRS Saga !!

Yesterday Steve Smith did something which no Cricket Lover would have ever expected from him to do so, also tat incident happened in a Ground like Bengaluru where every Cricket match cheers by the fan with a great passion and love. For a moment at morning session majority of people thought that India will loose the match after Indian batsman falls in a pair but Bengaluru fans stick around there and fill more number of seats to watch the last 1 hour of the game, but at that session something unspeakable happened when Umesh Yadav's delivery didn't bounce much and Smith unable to play that and caught infront of the stump for LBW, Steve Smith the captain got the review and he could use the DRS within allowed 15 seconds and since as a batsman he's only allowed to talk with his partner the other side he got Peter Handscomb to have a rare view whether he's plumb or could survive but instead of fair discussion Steve Smith and Peter Handscomb start signalling towards the Dressing Room to either go with the review or not.

Whatever happened is not only against the rules but also against spirit of the game, playing attacking - aggressive cricket is a part of the game, although in the past we saw Cricketers to abuse each other and using filthy language to fire and shift the intensity to some other level was also against spirit and should be avoidable to save the image of the game but this particular incident is also similar to mock all the respect and dignity which can't be justify at all. Wondering why despite of heavy wave still regional parties are some how managing to hold their presence in the State ? I often found people who despite of not happy with local leadership still believe that they're better then National Leadership or Government which runs from National Capital. Its known fact that despite National Parties are growing yet they unable to reach to the end people. In recent past "One National Party" expanded but still far from the ground. If a group of representatives changed sides then they could do the same in near future as well tat doesn't make anyone growing here but being a opportunist looking for more opportunity as a leadership. When National Parties raise the important issues and despite of their heavy push yet they failed to impress the State People and got defeated from Regional Parties or from some Regional Party led Alliance. In recent past election are more or less contested in phrases or "Jumlebaji" and tats why its like a risk to put on if got defeated or if not stood in some dominant position in the State for future aspect.

Collecting numbers from the Ground is quite important because of a very important fact as Politics can't be done from hifi stages nor can impact in people's mind. Once a guy told me that during election politicians are like a local guy like us post election they becomes God and literally he was right, many time if you vote for a "Sarpanch" or "MLA" who not belongs to your location then its quite hard to track he or she for next 5 years. Many may don't even knows the face to whom they voted or elected as their leader tats why after seeing their photo in News Paper or News TV you can't recognize in a first instance, this a scenario of most of the places where MLAs or Sarpanch won due to the power of the party and not due to the leadership who did something to gain the recognition of the party. Many time even after doing some good or remain between peoples anti incumbency dominates which led the leader loose or we saw faces to get change to save the seat. Today if Analysts are saying that voters and their mindsets are changing then they do and tats why Elections are more complicated then ever before.

Its been years before the 2014 General Election the foundation of "Big Wave" was start building, party was start winning elections with a big margin and they looks to be a unstoppable force but the force did fall at 2012 UP Elections after loosing to a Big Regional Party of the State, Stage was big and wide tat time as well, intensity was quite high too, the winning combination was in the Center Stage then also the results was not in the favor of them because UP Elections are fought in quite a basic formula as "Be My Leader", but point to be noted as same State gave enough support to form a powerful Central Government despite of aggressive attack from other side too, similarly during 2014's General Election many voters of Delhi decided to whom they will vote for PM and to whom they will vote for CM and the results was like a clean sweep from both way, some TV channels who was tossed during Exit Poll of Delhi try to hide behind a topic that why State Elections and General Elections in Delhi didn't happened simultaneously ! Probably they're right but post results there was not a time for that question.

Many blame the results of Bihar Election due to sudden rise of "Intolerance Gang" as when the campaign reached to a high-octane drama, incidents of returning awards, debates was started to fill the fire. It was a well written script when everyone took things seriously and seriously they gone vocal in a situation of "Enough is Enough", I never saw those intense faces when a juvenile sinner walked free and Parents of the brave girl still seeking for justice. Nonetheless still any Party who was no. 2 till now looks to grabbing most of the seats who also not have base voters should only be concentrate on one single question "Why people of that State will vote you ?". Its not a rocket science that opponents will surround in any given theme. I remember during MP Elections as well, a huge anti incumbency thing was emerging and more then that "Vyapam Scam" was in full flow, National Media who not even covers MP even during Natural disaster was heavily involved with this as virtually they made head quarters in State Capital, Bhopal to cover this mess during Election time but since the end voters was connected with State Government and with Party cadres tats why the leadership secures the win with a healthy margin and victory flag was waved strongly.

Many intellectual dismissed any wave before General Election who though realized it later with a overwhelming support by the peoples. But Assembly elections are actual eye openers, where the actual politics belong. May be today youths are changing and understanding the cost of their votes but one thing for sure they will loose the trust from their leader very soon. Today's youth are very much involved everywhere from News Media to Social Media where youths are discussing and understanding the issue quite deeply and analyzing the impact of each and every news to each and every incident around the world. Today's youth doesn't turned out for freebies but actually wants to contribute as they knows the value of competition in any field. Today's youth create memes on rhetoric and grab the important points to decide "who will be my leader ?" They don't need noise but assurance from simple voice, their issues are very common and their issues are quite valid, they need solutions and if anyone who stands for them will surely win whosoever that leader got in Party Headquarters.

In last couple of days we have a roller coaster ride again, movement is shifted and expanded in a broad way enough to make a impact Nationwide. People came up with a bold mindset, different thinking to a bring a peace in the Nation also with our Neighbor Country. Its always good that we have independent voice and believe to change the current situation with a Countries, new souls are the future of Country's representation and their thinking should always be considered. Today's scenario is very similar to "70's Student Unions" where Students come against misery of Government of that time who later made a big name and became a face of Politics. Those days the fight was against Corruption, Unemployment, Price Hike and currently its about Independence !! Independence of speech to demand Independence Of.. Its not that people don't have Freedom of Speech but its about ideology which most of the peoples are opposite of and rejected it. 

Everyone has a different level of thinking and different level of realization, some people workout to find a solution of any problem and some left it aside. To find a solution as well some has different level of mindset, some wants to reach on the root and some wants to take a simple route. Indeed everyone wants a peace of their life and people time to time come to appeal for the same, but what about those who lost something or other in the tense situation ? We gets numbed for a moment of time when we realizes that we lost something of our own we liked a most and was emotionally attached with, imagine people who lost whatever they got in a situation they didn't choose but stuck in a war game which not looks to be get ended anytime soon. People part of this mess wants thing to get resolve as soon as possible then those who likes the way out with some creative posters.

Everyone has a voice and rights to express it in a "Democratic Nation" but Democracy doesn't mean to stand opposite in every cause since the Government is not as per some 30% wishes. Its good to speak of your mind but responsibility towards the Nation will always be above since its also a kind of a duty we have to abide, then also most of the cases the voices won and appreciated as well. Then where the problem arises ? Problem arises when people terms the one voice as "Revolutionary" but another as "Bully". I myself condemned and stand against personal attacks or threats whosoever it is either Men or Women, choice of words are always be selective and should be specific to the topic and not above it. In Freedom of Speech if one has right to speak then others are also have the same and we got words to counter it not via sympathy.

Its quite unfortunate that during all this tussle and to defend a naive someone being called as "Illiterate" and its not he or she is a ordinary person, I can expect this in some other cases but can't in this case as someone who represented the Nation with hard work and dedication is from Sports and basically whosoever involves with Bollywood knows the hit formula and tat is make movie on Sports or Sports Persona, play the character and create history. Freedom of Expression or Speech is never a case of stopping anyone and if we won't allow the representation of youth for the Country it will be no lesser then the big blow. During "JP Movement" we saw the arise of many outspoken lads who later made a name and fame in Indian Politics and their contribution are unbelievable. Debates, Intellectual thinking are good and should be welcome but it shouldn't be a one sided affair let the counter attack should also be make a presence.

Social media decided the fate, social media decided the leadership, social media shown their anger, social media condemned and social media trolled. Trolls are the mockery of the system and whether its of any wing Right or Left its bad for the system. Yes Social Media is the platform for Freedom of Expression, Freedom of Speech but that doesn't means you looks like mocking system even if crediting on positives. Some people has different way of working and probably some followers who like the one way doesn't mean like the other ways, we have all rights to condemned if we differentiate the way things are going on but we can't hurt the sentiments, integrity or the respect of the Constitutional Body or any Individual, its same as either take it or leave it. In lighter mode we all can tease someone but entering into a personal level is undignified. Its a art to quote someone without naming or tagging not everyone knows it, tagging and calling personally is a disaster of a healthy debate, is a disaster of honesty and its a only example of personal grudge, ruthlessness. 

In our society we got many peaceful protesters who drawn the truth or wrote it without naming, without tagging, they impacted the system with their best and never feared with any consequences, they even earned respect from the decision makers and will remember forever due to being a selfless voice of a voiceless. Currently in the political backyard we got to see people throwing mud on each other if ideology is not matching then you become either a "Bhakth" , "Paid Voice" or "Corrupt". Today we may be feel free from expressing our views but actually we're not, some 5 - 6 years ago only Personalities from Film Industry and Sports started Social Media specially Twitter out of those no. of Politicians was 1 or 2, later on number of users start connecting with their favorite stars and later on the entire social circle increased, those days we saw some incidents which led anger in localities and the usage of social sites increased, the moment which was like each one reach one for the Country was only possible with social network, yesterday's common man who today are VIPs, VVIPs appeal to keep the momentum alive by appealing into those platforms which led the sequence one of the biggest in modern era.

Importance increased few understood the power of virtual world which led virtual "Karyakartas" of different propaganda which got involved in the social networking to attack - defend and promote, basically we surrounded by social media volunteers who keeps the trend of thinking active out of that may be many who're either knowingly or unknowingly endorsing the ideology as well and tats why its quite unhealthy for someone who really a commoner and get stuck in a cat fight between 2 different groups. Today every political parties trying to become River Ganges who refines Corrupt as clean and defines a Honest as corrupt with his or her party's symbol. Party who claimed to reform the politics is playing the same tactics like others and like others they too fighting against face and not against corruption. Volunteers or Followers of 1 wing cry bay against others and the same reaction comes out from opposite side. People who used to believe in constructive talk too jumps in below the belt conversation because they don't gets the answer which they deserves to keep the dignity high.

Important thing for actual commoners and not who're pretended to be commoners is that if something goes wrong then actual commoner will be grind off, tats why its better not to get involved in every fire which may harm, sensibility in Social media is the most important thing one should understand, yes its a place of where we can express our views freely but we also needs to make sure that we're not breaking any law and order with the same or hurting someone's sentiment. We should always avoid enforcers daring us unless we really wants it in our own risk because only we will be responsible of any aftermath not others. Constructive talk is always better and problem is that despite of youths we have very less constructive platforms or forums where we can share our ideas and express ourselves, nowhere days even innocents can't protest for their rights or liking and the trend continues with Chief of State locking their office sit on streets for striking against face of leadership. Troll means Troll whether its a from of any Volunteers, Campaigners. Face of Societies or from Leadership of one side or other side. Whatever happened throughout the match was a concern of Cricket, how pitch played how it behaved, how players played is a matter of cricket and everything is noted down in a history book. The concern thing was the outcome of the match which not only shaken the International Cricket but also stunned Indian Cricket and most importantly India.

No one ever thought that, can spectator make things worst ? Still we have a picture in our mind where at one end India kneel downing in front of Muralitharan, Jayasuriya, Dharmasena kinda bowlers at the other hand Vinod Kambli holding the nerve and playing probably one of his testing knocks. Wickets was tumbling down and crowd’s anger was rising up, after the fall of 8th wicket when India was needed plenty more to reach into the finals, people’s anger cross over their head and they start throwing plastic bottles, posters and whatever they were holding a huge brawl broke up in a stands. Those days people switched off TV when Tendulkar got out but what would people do whosoever were present in a stands? Infact match was against South Africans we cheer for same South Africans when they plays for the IPL, then suddenly what happened ? Surely no one ables to decode by now. India vs. South Africa is also termed as “Gandhi – Mandela Series” and both of their lives are the prime example of “Peace”. Peace which has won lots of fights and wars without hurting anyone, Gandhi and Mandela both had their own struggle and challenges for the Nation but they put their Guns and Swords aside and remain in a path of honesty and Peace. Eventually we forget the morale of both greats in a greatest battle of Cricket.

Eventually next match of this series is in Kolkata and I hope CAB is fully prepared to overcome any unfortunate circumstances since its a matter of our country’s respect and dignity also there is no place of violence in Cricket field thats why it considered as a gentleman’s game. Hence even people should respect both moment of joy and emotions on defeat and respect the best of the day.

Past Sunday we lost a entrepreneur who gave a new heights to the Cricket in India, who gave us a Corporate Society on which we are proud of, A society which establishes ourself as a “Superpower” and it becomes one of the gems of India. All the credits to the man called Jagmohan Dalmiya without him I think we never got addicted to the Cricket.

We people have a tendency to get affectionate with a brand either it is from Pen – Pencil to Electronics Devices, Moto Bikes to Airlines, Mobile Networks to TV Networks or even a small hotel down to the nook of some road where we took a sip of morning or evening tea with snacks. We follows our heart & loves to be a part of it. Same love force us to call “Cricket is my Favorite Sport” despite of Hockey to be considered as our National Game written somewhere officially.

Context to bringing topic on brands are very simple there would be no Cricket if BCCI won’t adopt the corporate entity, may be struggle to make profit, at the end of the day the entire system would be perish too. Many Governing sports bodies which are running by politicians or businessman’s over the decades are struggling and failed to create stars of the genre. Passionate sports personals of different different genre paying from their own pocket to practice and looking to qualifying for big stage. Means neither Sports Authority cares about their star players effort nor anyone is there to cheer up for the particular sports and its players.

BCCI bought contract and pension policy for Current and Past Players and Umpires under the leadership of Jagmohan Dalmiya, means full of professionalism a sought of agreement that BCCI cares about their players and officials. Technically BCCI is a private body and nothing to do with Indian Govt. as they don’t have any supremacy. So BCCI have to think and do for BCCI XI (Team India) which make sense, any firm can’t be driven without its talent they needs to take care of each and every aspect of their contracted person.

Dalmiya is not the one who should be credited to give “Brand BCCI” he also should be remembered to give “Commercialization in ICC” although Dalmiya failed to become ICC Chief (ICC Chairman) for the first time but destiny holds something else he did become ICC Chief (ICC President) in 1997. 3 notable things he did in his tenure first helping Bangladesh to host the first ever “ICC Knockout Trophy”, second bringing Worldcup’s under ICC’s umbrella before host nation used to earn by hosting Worldcup by all the commercial routes. By this ruling ICC got reasons to cheer as they comes into the play by selling commercial rights, third and most important supporting Bangladesh for Test Status, he not only sealed it but also let India to become their first opponents in big level competition since 2000 as BCCI constantly touring Bangladesh ever since although never hosted them in past 15 years.

Jagmohan Dalmiya was not bold enough like other entrepreneurs nor he was a fine speaker but people who’re close enough to him knows very well that he had a great sharp mind and ability to see future, he never blow trumpet on anything nor on his accomplishment towards the Cricket but at end of the day he was the player of his own ground who played a lots of match winning Innings for Cricket. It is very easy to do business on Diamonds but difficult to search Diamonds. Dalmiya may not able to see “Gandhi – Madella Series” but quite sure both India and South Africa will gave us a memorable series by Tributing Mr. Jagmohan Dalmiya.

He may not with us now but his contribution towards Cricket will be forever known and his legacy will stand tall forever.

Couple of days ago read a comment of Shoaib Akhtar in which he said Indo – Pak Series should be called off until and unless tension between both Country get resolves. I am agrees with him and respect his great piece which he put infront of the World. We can’t cheer any kind of business relationship in the cost of war. Business relationship means total business whatever its currently going on should be pause. It’s should not looks like that India or I should say BCCI only don’t want Indo – Pak Series.

Udhampur Terror Attack put another tie in the strain political relationship between India – Pakistan. Months before we can think about the possibility of 1 Cricket series but now its almost dusted. But still people of PCB trying their level best although it’s all upto BCCI and Indian Govt. only. Eventually powerful leaders of both Govt. and Opposition carrying the bag of BCCI.

Couple of months ago when everyone was hoping for a series BCCI had 1 problem and that is TEN SPORTS is a official broadcaster of this series in India at Pakistan they having rights jointly with PTV SPORTS. Means we could have sure shot confirmation by now if TEN was not having contract with PCB or if they decide not to go away with BCCI featured series just like they did with India – Sri Lanka series ? Or BCCI is totally dependent on Govt. order although they’re a private body and not govern by Central at all. Now we all know the sweet relationship of ZEEL and BCCI.

Indo – Pak series called as a money whoppy series with high stakes, black and white get involves from all the possible channels. Although we having less series against each other in last 6 decades still those considered at houseful and superhit. Obviously series will automatically become strong after the arch rivals involvement. Even if not arch rivals then also both Country’s cricketers are enough to make a franchisee teams grand just like Pakistani players involvement in the inaugural season of IPL.

It’s not like BCCI competely locked the doors from Pakistani cricketers. Wasim Akram, Shoaib Akhtar, Ramiz Raja did work for BCCI Production over the years since they’re committed with STAR SPORTS and STAR SPORTS have a rights of BCCI. Currently many people who live Cricket get 1 thing to say and that is “Why India fearing from Pak to play ?”, why we will fear we got the world’s best team but since because of political strain we’re not playing although we continue to have cricketing relationship with Bangladesh and Srilanka despite of decades long rift on Indo – Bangla Border agreement and problem with Sri Lanka over Indian Fisherman’s.

Literally India would have no Cricket in Asia if Politics get involves because we all know every Country is right on their own point of view. Even if BCCI looking to scrap Indo – Pak series it shouldn’t look like that Political agenda is a excuse to get rid from the series because they don’t want bunch of few people to earn some bucks and made headlines in TV ratings. BCCI signed a MoU which they shouldn’t if Govt. can enforce them or they’re bound to follow some rules. BCCI can be straight forward in this issue rather then thinks to get and provides benefits for their partners.

Days after Days we’re going far away from proper Internet connectivity and costly plans will corner us one day from Internet. Don’t know how many blogs I will able to write in near future but that for sure rather then spending on Internet one day I have to take a virtual world retirement.

2 days ago 2 big duos Airtel and Idea increased the prices in 3G postpaid plans, its now increased by Rs. 50 and new package price is Rs. 300 for 1 GB earlier it was Rs. 250 for 1 GB. If we get proper speed and connectivity then we can able to consume it maximum in 2 hours so for ex. if I count 12 hours per day then 300 x 12 = Rs. 3600 means for Fresher their 1/3rd salary will goes to buy 1 day’s 3G need.

If some expert say then goes towards Broadband then don’t think it’s a easiest way to become internet friendly because first you needs to pay a big signing amount (Deposit) then also its not a guarantee you will get a good economical plan anyway if not then FUP (Fair Usage Policy) will become a villian and throttle your speed like you’re using Internet for free.

Big telecos was advocating Net Neutrality and tries to prove that this will help everyone to reach towards internet or basic internet will be free. But why these companies can’t realize that we’re using basic internet only on their assigned plans and we’re not gaining anything extraordinary by subscribing it.

Many Foreign based report comes that we need some rest from internet, too much internet or addiction will make us sick but don’t worry genius our Telecos are already helping us since many years we’re buying data packs of 28 days for the month of 30 and 31 days means off for 2 – 3 days in a month.

I won’t be surprise if Telecos will bring blackout day in Data packs too in near future, means Saturday or most probably Sunday will be out from data validity because weekends are the most busy day regarding Internet is a concern so let create a new rule to generate revenue and also hide from the infrastructure failure because weekend is the most we face trouble in the connectivity.

But if Telecos gonna restrict something then Internet giants will bring something innovatory and when those become popular then Telecos will goes to Govt. Agencies. Telecos restricted SMS packs in the festival days as they want revenues from it and defined it as “Blackout Day” so that no SMS pack will work. People moved towards Messenger apps then also Telecos having problem, Why so ? we need Data packs to use it then how people having advantage ?

TRAI restricted SMS count upto 100 per day to counterpart Telly Marketing and other Spam related messages but restricting SMS are really benefiting us ? No not at all infact they’re now active in other Messenger apps busy selling their product there and by restricting Messengers also will not help.

Biggest reasons Telecos are giving is infrastructure cost means before infrastructure was available for free when we used to get cheap data packs during UPA days ? Or Telecos took a loan to buy them ? I agrees that spectrum cost reached towards the sky then what was before but they already had infrastructure then what’s the problem to pay license fee ?

Currently Digital India campaign looks good in TV and Print Media but not in reality because of not having affordable internet, we having Android Phones but no pack can help us to install apps from play store and even update those. Then for what we’re cheering for Digital India ? Whatever low level internet we having it is costlier then before and buffers a lot even 3G sometimes so we’re not buffer free tats a reason 1 DTH launched a service by the claim of “Movies without Buffering”, that DTH itself behind from other competative DTH regarding Hardware wise mocking Telecos !!!

Currently DTH looks to me is more affordable then Internet that’s why I can see lot many DTH in slums because at Rs. 250 you will get 30 days pure entertainment and 3G at Rs. 300 that for 28 days and only 1 GB. Means TV industry having more growth then Internet.

When you see towards NDA Govt. you will found almost all Ministers or Departments are present in social network and they’re quite active there too. Infact PM Narendra Modi is present in almost all platform, he not even having account in SoundCloud but also having his own customized App. So Govt. is quite active and moving towards Digital but why can’t they protect the Interest of the people ? If we can’t have affordable platform then how we come online and move towards the path of Digital India ? Restricting Internet and killing the affordability factory will push us back then forward.
