[Archive Blog (23/4/2017)] How to Link Aadhaar Card with PAN Card ?

To curb malpractices and duplicate PANs, Government of India decided to link Aadhaar with PAN which will not only eliminate transactions via Fake PAN but also let every PAN owned people to create a E-Filling ID and brought into the domain of Income Tax.


Now for those who already Filling their returns needs to do a simple process of linking their PAN with Aadhaar, once they will login they will automatically gets a Popup Window for Aadhaar linking but for those who yet to step into the E-Filling Process have to register themselves first. After reaching into the Registration Form, you will be ask to choose a best suitable User Type. Every User Type are different and has different procedure to follow. For any doubt on selecting Users particular you can click on Contact Us, there you will see numbers where you can contact on their suitable timing for any help.

After registration and verification, its now time to login with your credentials. Your PAN Number will be the User ID and have to give Password you have set and DOB as per the record along with captcha Or Visually Challenged users can use OTP option to login, Requested OTP will be sent to the number registered with E-Filling.

After successful login, a popup page will appear before your Profile Page along with your other details, you just needs to enter your Aadhaar number in the given box and type the captcha in a box below.

If Link Now option not working due to delay in process, then user can click on Later and can Link Aadhaar from Profile Settings.

After successful linking you will see a confirmation in the screen and via email in your registered email ID.


This is how you can link Aadhaar Card with Pan Card.
